After 35 wonderful years of practicing as a periodontist in this area, I have made the bittersweet decision to retire as of March 31, 2025. It has been an incredible journey, and I am deeply grateful for the trust, support, and relationships built over the years.

To my esteemed colleagues, working alongside you has been both inspiring and fulfilling. Your support of me with participation in continuing education, study clubs, and collaboration has raised the level of care that we provide for our patients. I appreciate the trust that you have shown in me in making your professional referrals, and I will cherish the experiences and friendships we have shared.

To my valued patients, I sincerely appreciate the privilege of working with you and being part of your lives. Your support has been one of the most rewarding aspects of my career. I assure you that I have taken careful steps to ensure a smooth transition. I am happy to recommend that you continue your periodontal care with Dr. Michael Nguyen in my office with support from Betty Mai, RDH and in coordination with your general dentist. Though I am stepping away from my professional role, I look forward to this new chapter of life, filled with more time for family, travel, and pursuit of personal interests.
