Dr. Katerina Kostagianni
D.D.S, D.M.D, M.S.
She is a Prosthodontist with extensive experience in Advanced Implant Dentistry and Esthetic Rehabilitation. Dr. Kostagianni received her Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree (DDS) from the University of Athens (Greece) and her Doctor of Dental Medicine Degree (DMD) from Tufts School of Dental Medicine. She earned her Certificate in Advanced Education in Prosthodontics and her Master’s in Dental Science from both the University of Alabama at Birmingham and the Birmingham Veterans Affairs Hospital. Afterwards, she joined the Implant Periodontal Prosthodontics Fellowship at the University of Maryland, where she further enhanced her skills and knowledge in more complex Restorative & Surgical Implant procedures.
Prior to moving to Northern California, she had served for several years as an Assistant Professor in the Advanced Education of Esthetics Dentistry & the Post-Graduate Prosthodontics Program at Tufts School of Dental Medicine. Currently, she is in private practice where she focuses on an optimal rehabilitation of patients smile and function by using state of the art technology and dental materials. Dr. Kostagianni believes in a personalized and facially generated smile design and is providing treatment options from full mouth reconstructions, on teeth or implants, to minimally invasive restorations such as veneers and onlays. She is a passionate clinician and her work has been presented in numerous dental meeting and has lead to publications.
